COMMUNITY CONSIGNMENT SALES
We conduct a semi-annual community wide consignment sale. In spring and in fall we hold a consignment sale at a public location such as the El Dorado County Fairgrounds. Anyone can consign their items at this sale. This is perfect for those who have nice items they would like to sell, but do not want the hassle of selling their items on the internet or through a newspaper. You set the prices, drop your items off at your appointed time, we will conduct the sale. Items that do not sell may be picked up or we will donate on your behalf.
Consigning is an easy, safe, hassle free way of selling your quality items. We attract hundreds of buyers. We do all the advertising. We accept all major credit cards allowing buyers many options to pay for their purchases. There is no need for buyer and seller to meet. We do the selling for you!

ESTATE AND HOME LIQUIDATION SALES
We can liquidate an entire household or estate on site. Whether it is the estate of a loved one, downsizing due to a move, or liquidating the entire contents of a home, we come in organize the sale, sort and price the items, do all the advertising, and be on site with adequate staff to conduct the sale. We can also arrange for pickup and donation of unsold item and removal of items not suitable for sell or donation, leaving the home broom swept. This can all be done with no upfront costs to you. We work on commission and will work hard to get you a fair price for each item sold.
There can be many reasons to hold an estate or liquidation sale: the death of a loved one, merging households, a move out of state or to assisted living, downsizing home... just to name a few. It can take a few weeks to prepare an entire home’s contents for sale. We will work with you from start to finish. We advertise locally, place preview photos of items for sale on our website and advertise throughout the internet on sites aimed at directing traffic to your sale. We donate unsold items to local charities, giving back to the community in which we live. We can also provide a deep clean on the home for new occupants or for showing if the home is to be placed on the market.

FUNDRAISING FOR NON-PROFITS
We can assist in fundraising for schools, churches and other non-profits. We offer unique fundraising opportunities for non-profits, whether that be your church, youth group, classroom field trip, or any event your non-profit needs to raise additional funds for. In addition to consigning or hosting your event, we can put out additional donation bins for donations at our other venues.
Hosting a non-profit fundraising event is a great opportunity for us to give back to the community. While we cannot host at no cost as there are costs involved, we will do it at the lowest rate possible allowing your non-profit to earn much needed revenue.
